These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of tax.arismendez.ws and the Texas Tax Lien Blueprint Academy (the "Academy"), operated by IHAYJA Enterprises LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business based in Austin, Texas. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose

The Academy provides educational content about Texas property tax sales, redemption rights, due diligence, and pre-auction investor strategy. The content is for educational purposes only and is not legal, tax, investment, accounting, or financial advice. Texas tax sale and redemption laws change and vary by county; always confirm details with the official county taxing authority and qualified counsel before acting.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, for keeping your password secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. One account per student. Sharing accounts is grounds for termination without refund.

License

On payment, IHAYJA Enterprises LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content, tools, and downloads associated with your access tier. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, screen-record for redistribution, train AI/ML models on, or otherwise exploit the content. All course content, calculators, templates, and branding remain the property of IHAYJA Enterprises LLC.

Payments and access tiers

Course tiers (Starter, Pro Investor Toolkit, Deal Review Upgrade) are sold one-time. Payments are processed by Square. Access is activated after payment confirmation and may be downgraded or revoked for chargebacks, fraud, or violation of these terms.

No guarantees

Real estate and tax sale investing carries substantial risk. We do not guarantee profits, deals, or any specific outcome. Past results, examples, and case studies are illustrative and not a promise of future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and capital.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate Texas or federal law, including consumer-protection and fair-debt-collection rules when contacting delinquent owners.
• Do not misrepresent yourself as an attorney, county official, or tax representative.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Academy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, IHAYJA Enterprises LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
