Privacy Policy — Texas Tax Lien Blueprint Academy

This Privacy Policy describes how IHAYJA Enterprises LLC ("we", "us", the "Academy") collects and uses information when you visit tax.arismendez.ws, request the free starter kit, create a student account, or purchase a course or upgrade for the Texas Tax Lien Blueprint Academy.

Information we collect

Account information — name, email, password hash, phone, investor type, county of interest.
Payment metadata — the plan you purchased, payment method, and the Cash App name or Square receipt number you provide. Card data is processed by Square; we never see or store card numbers.
Course activity — lesson progress, quiz attempts, scores, downloads, saved deals, and tool usage tied to your account.
Lead form data — information submitted on the free starter kit form, including marketing opt-in.
Technical data — basic browser/device data and IP address from our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

How we use information

To create and operate your student account and provide course access.
To confirm payment, approve access tier, and issue certificates.
To send transactional emails (receipts, access updates, password resets, course updates).
To send course-related educational emails when you opt in.
To improve the course based on aggregate progress and quiz performance.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Square (payments) as processors. These providers act on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.

Sharing

We do not sell student information. We share data only with the processors above, with law enforcement when legally required, or with your explicit consent.

Your choices

You may request a copy or deletion of your account data by emailing isidro@ihayja.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message.

Children

The Academy is intended for adults aged 18 and older.
