Due to the digital nature of this course, all sales are final once course access is granted, unless otherwise approved in writing by IHAYJA Enterprises LLC.
Why this policy exists
The Texas Tax Lien Blueprint Academy is a digital course. The full curriculum, calculators, templates, and downloads are delivered immediately upon access approval, which means the value of the product has been transferred and cannot be returned.
Discretionary review
If you believe there has been a billing error, duplicate charge, or you have not been able to access your purchased materials, email isidro@ihayja.com within 14 days of purchase with your Square receipt number or Cash App reference. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent removal of course access for the associated account.
